Summer Shoes

Tomorrow I am finally going to have a bit of vacation. I did my packing all day. Here are my summer shoes that i love the most but only can wear 2 months of the season:(

Yarın nihayet azcık bir tatile çıkıcağım. Bütün gün toplandım durdum. Yazlık ayakkabı sandalet ne varsa çıkarıp özlem giderdim. En sevdiğim yazlık ayakkabılarım ama sadece 2 ay giyebiliyorum:(

Style Icon of the Week: Garance Doré

She is more a role model than style icon to me (yes, i don't want her Sofia Coppola LV bag:) I am reading her blog everyday and that day when she wrote about her career path, she made me believe I can do also. The post she wrote about Istanbul, it also made my heart warmer.

Benim için daha çok rol modeli, stil ikonu olmaktansa (evet, Sofia Coppola LV çantasını istemiyorum:) Blogunu her gün okuyorum ve kariyer basamaklarını nasıl tırmandığını anlattığı gün, benim inancımı da kuvvetlendirdi. Istanbul hakkında ki yazıları da kalbimi ısıtmaya yetti.

Blues Clues

Some colors have story and blue has its clues. It has a meaning of deep, ocean, sky, sadness and peace.

Summer is all about shorts: colored, jean, cropped, lace...I love how these cool women rock their shorts in the streets.

Yaz tamamen şortlar hakkında: renkli, kot, kırpılmış, dantel...Sokaklarda ki kadınların şortlarını giyme tarzına bayılıyorum.

Bananas

I see "bananas" everywhere! Thanks to Miuccia, we are seeing lots of banana prints in the streets this summer:) She is a genius, I love you Miuccia Prada! 

Her yerde "muzlar" görüyorum! Miuccia sayesinde, bu yaz sokaklarda çok fazla muz baskılı kıyafetler görüyoruz:) Tam bir dahi, seni seviyorum Miuccia Prada!

All black ensembles are still chic and yet luxurious in summer and fall. This summer trend is color blocking but everything black is always très fashion.

I just love looking at shoes in the web, and for fall 2011 collection I chose some of my favorites(even though i can't afford any of them:). I am dedicating this post to my friend Elif who loves shoes as much as many women do.

Alexa Chung is the preppy queen of the fashion world: a model, a television presenter and a style icon. She is combining hit pieces of the season in an unique way and inspiring most of us. She is currently the face of the joy of pink perfume of Lacoste and Superga shoes. By the way, did i mention Mulberry named a bag after her?

Red Love

Even though I used to dislike wearing red, now I really like it. I think it is the colour of love, and of course showing off. Whether it is a trench, dress, pants or a bag, it takes attention right away.

Her ne kadar eskiden kırmızı giymeyi sevmesemde, şimdi en sevdiğim renkler arasında. Bence aşkın ve tabi ki gösterişin rengi. Bir trençkot, elbise, pantolon ya da çanta, giydiğinizde hemen dikkat çekiyor.
